The
"nature" of any organisation; be it centres of higher learning or
corporates; radically shifts with changes in the top management; making
evaluation of professionals as a product of the institution or company; null
& void. Assumptions on a professional as on date; based on one's past
associations; as per the present understanding of the organization /institution
is becoming a risky proposition.
What I mean to
say is that as on date no employee can be judged /perceived as a product of his
past organizations /employers; based on the present evaluation of those organizations
/employers. One needs to analyse professionals on an as-is basis based on
documentary evidence of one's professional credibility.
